My name is Wendy Hays and I began making cakes back in 2006.  After attending several "Back of the Store" type classes, I decided to go into Pastry and Baking by attending Le Cordon Bleu Baking and Pastry program.  Since graduating I have been working on my own creations and testing several new receipts as well as some classic ones.
